Valuation is performed in accordance with generally accepted Russian and international approaches: income, cost and market. Within these three approaches there are the following methods: discounted cash flow (DCF), income capitalization, net asset value, etc.
We mutually beneficially work with banks, venture capital funds and state corporations in financial modeling and business plans drafting. During this work we have prepared the number of financial models which are set up for use on recurring basis by company management
