Key team members

	Alexander Minkin Alexander Minkin is a partner at FCG since the foundation of the company in 2006. He is involved in M&A transaction support and assists in fund rasing to the clients of the company. Previously Alexander worked in several “Big Four” companies in the department of M&A Transaction Services and tax department Alexander holds Master’s Degree of Management of Academy of National Economy under the Government of Russian Federation and an ACCA candidate and currently receiving the CFA accreditation
	Vladimir Lupenko Vladimir Lupenko became a Partner at FCG in the end of 2006. He is involved in M&A transaction support on behalf of private equity funds. For the last 3 years Vladimir led more than 50 engagements on financial due diligence of prospective targets for acquisition. Previously Vladimir worked for KPMG in the department of Transaction Services. Vladimir has been working for various M&A projects with Russian and international companies Vladimir is ACCA qualified and holds diploma of Plekhanov Academy of Economics and Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration
	Artem Sitnikov Artem joined FCG in 2008. He is the head of valuation department and manages projects on financial modeling, business-plans and investment memorandums development. During his career at FCG Artem has successfully managed more than 30 projects in different industry sectors. Artem has got extensive experience in business and asset valuation in KPMG in Corporate Finance department over the period of 2005-2008 years. He was involved in complex valuation projects and preparation of analytical reports. Artem took part both in domestic and international engagements including Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Denmark and Greece Artem holds Master’s Degree of Engineer-Mathematician of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (National Research Nuclear University), Master’s Degree of Economist-Mathematician of Economic-Analytical Institute of Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (National Research Nuclear University), membership of Russian Appraisal Society, is an ACCA candidate and currently receiving the CFA accreditation
	Nikolay Leman Partner of FCG since 2007, has extensive experience in M&A transaction support and investment consultancy. Nikolay participated in significant number of projects in sectors of financial services, media, retail, agriculture and etc. for large international corporate clients and private equity funds. Previously he worked for «Big Four» firm in corporate M&A transaction services and before that in corporate finance department of a Russian bank. Nikolay holds diploma of State University of Management, member of Russian Appraisal Society and candidate for international accountancy qualification (ACCA)
